Gerrie Thompson

I have always had a connection to fabric and the ability to create something with my hands is just the most satisfying experience I can imagine.  I’m constantly thinking about how I can recreate my feelings and emotions into cloth.  Whether it’s an inspirational quote, a righteous cause or life’s daily surprises, it’s all fodder for my creative process.   As I strive to expand my art, I find myself drawn to both representational and improvisational art to express my views.
